Livermore Investment Group is an investment company established by Arnon Katz and Noam Lanir traded on the London Stock Exchange under the symbol LIV. Formerly known as Empire Online, the company was created in 2002. It is located in the British Virgin Islands and employs 40 people.

Subsequent to the passage of the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006, the company terminated its previous business activity of promoting multiple online casino, online poker, and online bingo properties.

Previously the company's flagship poker product was Empire Poker, but the company sold that brand in 2006 to PartyGaming as part of a settlement of a dispute between the former partners. In December 2006 the company announced its remaining gaming assets were purchased by PartyGaming.
