Lively Laddie

Lively Laddie is the name of a donkey who lived up to his name by living for many years. He plied his trade on Blackpool Pleasure Beach, a family owned amusement park in Blackpool, England until the age of 62 and was a candidate for the "oldest living donkey" title at the time. He was in good health until at least the age of 60. At one point in time, Lively Laddie was ridden by Bob Champion before he hit the big time. He is owned by the Konig family in Sark, England.
