Lithuania selected their entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2007 on 3 March 2007 at LRT TV studio in Vilnius. Prior to the final, quarter finals took place to select newcomers, well-known artists, and experienced singers. The quarter finals and semi-finals were held weekly from January to February starting on 13 January 2006. The qualifiers and winner were decided by a 50/50 jury vote and televote. Five songs from each semi-final proceeded to the final. The group 4Fun represented Lithuania at Eurovision with the song "Love or Leave". They finished in twenty-first position with 28 points.
