Ring of Honor (ROH) is a professional wrestling promotion based in Baltimore, Maryland. Title reigns are either determined by professional wrestling matches or are awarded to a wrestler, as a result of the culmination of various scripted storylines. There are two active singles championships and a championship for the tag team championship. Four wrestlers hold the championships. The list includes the number of times the wrestler has held the title, the date and location of the win, and a description of the winning bout. The following is correct as of March 18, 2017.

At the top of ROH's championship hierarchy is the ROH World Championship. The current champion is Christopher Daniels, who is in his first reign after defeating Adam Cole at the ROH 15th Anniversary Show on March 10, 2017.

The secondary title in ROH is ROH World Television Championship. The current champion is Marty Scurll, who is in his first reign after defeating Will Ospreay at a house show in the UK on November 20, 2016.

The ROH World Tag Team Championship is currently held by The Hardys (Broken Matt and Brother Nero), who are in their first reign. They defeated previous champions The Young Bucks at a house show on March 3, 2017.

The ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championship is currently held by Bully Ray and The Briscoes (Jay Briscoe and Mark Briscoe), who are in their first reign after defeating The Kingdom (Matt Taven, TK O'Ryan and Vinny Marseglia) at the Ring of Honor Wrestling tapings.
