This is a complete list of World War I flying aces from the German Empire.
Ace
A pilot was listed as an "Ace" after verifying five victories, each with the date and location of combat and the vanquished foe. Every victory had to also be accredited by an aviator's home air service. Aces who were awarded honors and thus shown to be notable are linked to their biographies.
