Line 5 is a planned west-east line of Suzhou Rail Transit. Construction is expected to finish in 2018, and the line will be 49.5 kilometers long. Its western terminus will be at Zhenhu Road Station in the Suzhou New District, with its eastern terminus at Yinshan Lake Station in Suzhou Industrial Park.
