Lincoln Manor is a four story Public Housing building named for former president Abraham Lincoln. It located in south Nashville, Tennessee and is considered by many a public nuisance due to an unusually high amount of reported criminal activity.

Locally, it serves as a reminder of a poor public housing strategy and has been likened in impact to long gone Jim Crow laws and statutes.

On July 19, 2007 this building claimed local notoriety when nine-year-old Jeremy Wiggins had his Kool-Aid stand robbed three times in the course of one day, each time by a different party. During the third robbery he was chased down the street by a teen wearing a stocking over his face and wielding a leather belt.1
