Lila Finn (born Lila Shanley; November 28, 1909 - November 15, 1996) was an American actress and stunt woman who performed in films for almost six decades and was known for such films as Gone with the Wind, It's a Wonderful Life, Blazing Saddles, The Goonies, Drum, The Towering Inferno, Suburban Commando, The Naked Gun 2½: The Smell of Fear and The Poseidon Adventure.

Finn was also an athlete who competed on the U.S. women's volleyball team from 1955 to 1960. At the age 50 Finn was awarded a silver medal in the 1959 Pan American Games in Chicago, Illinois.

Finn died from heart failure on November 15, 1996 at age 86.
