Light aircraft pilot licence (LAPL) is a pilot license allowing the pilot to fly small aircraft in Europe. The rules and requirements for the license have been approved by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), published in the Official Journal of the European Union and is currently in the process of being implemented by the member states.

The LAPL will ensure a unified approach to light aircraft pilot licenses across Europe, unlike the Ultralight license schemes currently in force, which are national rules that vary between member states.
