Libya–Montenegro relations are bilateral ties between Libya and Montenegro.
History
In June 2009, Saif al-Islam Gaddafi (son of Muammar Gaddafi) celebrated his 37th birthday in Budva with several billionaires and delegates from several nations.
During the Libyan Civil War, Montenegro officially recognized the National Transitional Council as the new government of Libya on July 21, 2011.
