The Libertarian Party of Rhode Island is the Rhode Island affiliate of the Libertarian Party. The state chair is Pat Ford. The state vice chair is Scott Rotondo.

Tony Jones was a Libertarian candidate for Lieutenant Governor of Rhode Island in the 2014 elections. In his 2014 race for Rhode Island Lieutenant Governor, Jones promised to effectively eliminate the office if elected, calling this position the "Cool Moose" platform. This was the first time that the party had a statewide nominee on the ballot in a midterm year.
