Leslie "Les" White (born 1920 – death unknown) was an English professional rugby league footballer of the 1940s, and 1950s playing at representative level for Great Britain, England, and Yorkshire, and at club level for York, Wigan, and Halifax, as a prop, or second-row, i.e. number 8 or 10, or 11 or 12, during the era of contested scrums. White was also a gunner in the British Army during World War II.

Les White played Left-Second-row, i.e. number 11, in Wigan's 10-7 victory over Belle Vue Rangers in the 1947 Lancashire County Cup Final during the 1947–48 season at Wilderspool Stadium, Warrington on Saturday 1 November 1947.

Les White played Right-Prop, i.e. number 10, for Northern Command XIII against a Rugby League XIII at Thrum Hall, Halifax on Saturday 21 March 1942. Coincidentally, he played alongside another Les White.
