Leptodactylus nesiotus is a species of frog in the Leptodactylidae family. It is endemic to Trinidad and Tobago where it is only known from its type locality, Icacos Swamp on the south-western peninsula of Trinidad Island. It has not been found in later surveys. Based on three specimens, male Leptodactylus nesiotus grow to a snout–vent length of 32–33 mm (1.3–1.3 in). It may be the sister taxon of Leptodactylus validus.
