Leonard George "Len" Rudling (25 February 1935 – 25 January 2003) was the co-coordinator of the Apprenticeship Department at Mohawk College at Hamilton, Ontario. He established plumbing apprenticeship programs for the province of Ontario, and wrote three textbooks on plumbing (Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced Plumbing). These books served as the foundation of municipal and provincial plumbing codes in Ontario, and are still used by Ontario colleges to this day.

Originally from Pietermaritzburg, South Africa, Rudling immigrated to Canada with his wife and children in 1960. He first developed his plumbing techniques in the challenging Canadian climate, later becoming a collegiate lecturer and administrator. He died after a long bout with cancer.
