Leonard Landy (born July 2, 1933) is an American former child actor, most notable for appearing in the Our Gang short subjects series from 1938 to 1941.

Landy went by the name "Percy" in his first several appearances, and eventually used his real name for the remainder of his tenure. Most of the time, he also wore a Little Lord Fauntleroy black hat as well. His most notable appearance was in 1938's Hide and Shriek, continually telling detective Alfalfa "Phooey!"
