Lehen is an araibic word meaning style of speaking. For example: Lehen-e-Zehra meaning the voice of Prophet Muhammad sallalaho walehi wassallam (Zehra). Lehen is also the name of various settlements in Austria and Germany. The name comes from the German word for "fief", "Lehen".
