Lecithocera symptomatica is a moth in the Lecithoceridae family. It was described by Meyrick in 1931. It is found in Burma.

The wingspan is about 10 mm. The forewings are pale ochreous, with some scattered fuscous specks. The discal stigmata are rather cloudy and dark fuscous, the first moderate, the second rather large. The hindwings are whitish-grey.
