The Lear House is a historic house on Province Road in Goshen, New Hampshire. The 1-1/2 story Cape style plank-frame house was built c. 1810, and is one of the oldest of the type in town. It is five bays wide, with a shed-roof dormer extending across much of the front facade. Its first owner, Robert Lear, was one of Goshen's first colonial settlers.
The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.
