Leah Sibyl Cecil (born March 20, 1990) is a former American beauty pageant titleholder from Garden Grove, California who was named Miss California 2012.
Biography
In August 2010, Cecil won the title of Miss Garden Grove 2011.
Cecil won the title of Miss California on June 30, 2012, when she received her crown from outgoing titleholder Noelle Freeman. She was a contestant of Wipeout.
