Lawrence Wosskow (born July 5, 1963) is a retired businessman, who has lived in the Bahamas since 2011. He previously owned a number of UK companies, including Little Chef, a chain of 230 roadside restaurants; Out of Town Restaurants Group, the UK’s largest shopping center caterer, which single handedly changed the eating habits of millions of British shoppers; Free Sprit, a chain of surf/outdoor retail stores; and the ice cream brands Loseley and Bradwells.

After retiring in 2006 due to ill health, Wosskow took a break from business. In 2009, following the recession, he began investing his wealth in UK commercial properties, most notably changing the face of Harrogate’s city center.

Early Life

At 24, Wosskow became Marks & Spencer's youngest ever buyer. He left to learn the restaurant business at Café Rouge, where he became a shareholder.

Personal Life

Wosskow has been with his wife Julie since they were 17-years-old. The couple has given a large portion of their wealth to numerous charities. Wosskow’s book, Little Chef, the Killer Deal is set to be published in 2017.
