Laurence Peel (28 June 1801 – 10 December 1888) was a British Tory politician.

Peel was the sixth son of Sir Robert Peel, 1st Baronet and Ellen Yates. He was educated at Rugby School and Christ Church, Oxford.

In 1827 he was elected to the House of Commons as the Member of Parliament for Cockermouth. He held the seat until 1830. His eldest brother, Robert Peel, became Prime Minister in 1841.

He married Lady Jane Lennox, daughter of Charles Lennox, 4th Duke of Richmond on 20 July 1822. After leaving Parliament he and his wife devoted themselves to the promotion of charitable and religious causes. His eldest son was Sir Charles Lennox Peel.
