Latta Malette "LM" Autrey (July 7, 1876 - Mar. 17, 1930) was the son of Alfred R. and Elizabeth R. Johnson Autrey. He was an executive in the turpentine industry and lived in several states throughout the south. Two of his former homes are now designated as historical landmarks, the Autrey-Williams House in Newton, Texas, built in 1912 and now being restored by David Holmes and the L. M. Autrey House in the Eola Heights Neighborhood of Orlando, Fl. Latta Autrey was elected mayor of Orlando, FL, and served one term from 1926-1928.
