Lawrence A. Zimmerman is the former Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of Xerox Corporation, a position he held from 2002 until 2011. He joined Xerox as CFO in 2002 after retiring from IBM. At IBM, he was the Vice President of Finance for IBM’s Europe, Middle East and Africa operations, and Corporate Controller.
Zimmerman holds a bachelor of science degree in finance from New York University and an MBA from Adelphi University.
