"'Lansdowne Village Greens (Lansdowne Town Center) Homeowners Association'" is a homeowners association located in Lansdowne, VA. Its boundaries fall between Riverside Parkway on the north, Route 7 on the south, Belmont Ridge Road on the west and the Lansdowne Country Club Golf Course on the east.

Residential
There are over 520 residential homes within the Lansdowne Village Greens (Lansdowne Town Center). They are a mix of townhomes (over 200) and condominium units. As of June 2012, there are three condominium associations active in the community, each overseeing the buildings built by a particular builder when the community was established. The Residences at Lansdowne Town Center represents buildings built by Beazer homes. Linden Row represents buildings built by Van Metre. A third represents buildings built by Centex. Evergreene Builders are constructing two buildings (12 residential and 12 commercial units) scheduled to be completed in 2012 or 2013, which will have an entirely separate condo association. Another area of Lansdowne Village Greens will be developed into three additional mixed-use (residential and commercial) buildings at some point in the future, and that grouping of buildings will have yet another condominium association to represent its owners.
The Lansdowne Village Greens residents are served by OpenBand for telecommunications services through their HOA. The Lansdowne Village Greens Homeowners Association website is at www.lvghoa.org.
Children who live in the Lansdowne on the Potomac community attend elementary school at Seldens Landing Elementary School which is located in Lansdowne. Children who live in the Lansdowne Village Greens (Lansdowne Town Center) community attend elementary school at Seldens Landing Elementary School, which is located in Lansdowne. Middle school students attend Belmont Ridge Middle School which is also located in Lansdowne. High school students attend Tuscarora High School (Loudoun County, Virginia) in Leesburg, Virginia.
Retail
Lansdowne Village Greens is home to a small retail town center featuring small retail and office spaces. The town center is anchored by Harris Teeter grocery store. Other stores include CVS, Shell Gas Station (with touchless car wash), Haircuttery, Lansdowne Animal Hospital, Medifast, Mountain Kim Tae Kwon Do, Starbucks, AAA, Wink and a Smile, Salon Cielo, Bach2Rock, Chevy Chase Bank, Radiance Salon and Spa and others. As of June 2012, there were several key retail spots unoccupied. Since it was first occupied, there have been long vacancies in some units. The retail and restaurant buildings are managed by BF Saul Company.
