Land and Liberty was an anarchist monthly periodical published between 1913 to 1915. The magazine was related to the Organising Junta of the Mexican Liberal Party based in Los Angeles, California. The Bakunin Institute was the publisher. The editor was William Charles Owen (who was also part of publishing Regeneración, the better known newspaper associated with Ricardo Flores Magon). In 1914 Owen shut down the institute and moved the magazine to San Francisco. Issues included articles, mostly criticizing the First World War and/or socialists of the day; papers on the Mexican Revolution; reviews of books by (for example) Gustave Le Bon, Robert Hunter, and Charles Daniel, and letters to the editor.

Land and Liberty expressed an anarchist perspective distinct from that of Mother Earth, the contemporaneous newspaper published in New York by Emma Goldman. Owen particularly criticized Goldman for making so much money from her lectures on Friedrich Nietzsche, whom he decried as an inspiration to German militarism.
