Lakshmi Girls' Hindu College ' school located in Trinidad and Tobago, is one of the top schools in the East West corridor and is situated between Deane and McCarthy Street along the Eastern Main Road. As of 2013 principal is Mrs.Sonia Mahase Persad.This school specialises in all possible subject areas including Visual Arts, Social Studies, Integrated Science, P.E/ Dance, English A, English B, Math, R.I, History, Geography, Physics,Chemistry, Biology, Sociology, Spanish, French etc. as well as extracurricular activities.

This school also holds competitions to help students with their learning. Some of these competitions are Annual Sports Day, Interhouse competition which is held so all houses compete against each other to win first place. Houses at Lakshmi Girl's are identified by their colour for example Shakti house is known by their purple colour and red goes to Lakshmi house, blue to Saraswati house, yellow to Vidya house and green to Sita house.

At Lakshmi Girls' all rules and regulations must be carried out carefully . On Thursdays a form teacher period is held where every class spends some time with their form teacher to discuss matters concerning the class as well as to inspect the students nails, hair, proper uniform etc. Every Wednesday morning there are staff meetings held in the different subject departments.

Lakshmi girls Hindu college also partakes in many indoor and outdoor activities where there is the participation of inter-national and regional competitions, so that there is a broader connection to the rest of the world. Lakshmi Girls Hindu College continues to progress with each passing day . Lakshmi girls Hindu college is the ideal school for the learning process, in every girls' life, portraying unity, respect and gratitude living life as a family through sisterhood.As of 2015, Lakshmi Girls' Hindu College student, Shivrani Prabhudial, has received the President's Gold Medal and they have received 5 open scholarships including Prabhudial who received it for Business and they received their very own first Visual Arts Scholarship and also received 22 additional scholarships.
