Lakshman Singh लक्ष्मण सिंह (26 August 1910 – 4 February 1996) served as the National Commissioner of the Bharat Scouts and Guides from April 1983 to November 1992. He was a recipient of the Indian civilian honour of the Padma Bhushan.

In 1988, he was awarded the 194th Bronze Wolf, the only distinction of the World Organization of the Scout Movement, awarded by the World Scout Committee for exceptional services to world Scouting.
