Lake Mogotoyevo (Russian: Моготоево) is the largest salt lake in the Sakha Republic in Russia. It is located near the Yana-Indigirka lowland and within the Allaikhovsky District. With an area of 323 km2, the lake freezes in the second half of September and melts in June.

In the lake, large numbers of white salmon, cisco and whitefish can be found. It is a breeding place for the Siberian crane (Grus leucogeranus).
