Ladipupo Oluwaseunfunmi Balogun (born 1972) is the current CEO of First City Monument Bank.

The son of First City Monument Bank founder Otunba Subomi Micheal Balogun, he was educated at Charterhouse School, the University of East Anglia (BSc, 1993) and Harvard Business School (MBA, 2000). His father praised him as a worthy successor to his banking empire at a dinner by the Harvard Business Alumni in Lagos.
