LRAL is a commercially available Learning Management System (LMS) focused on the financial services marketplace although it does have enhanced capabilities that enable it to compete with most major LMS vendors. This LMS focuses on finance processes and systems training, particularly as it relates to certifying their workforce around financial controls and policies and procedures in an ongoing and documented manner.
