LG VX8700 is a thin clamshell mobile/cellular camera phone designed and manufactured by LG, for CDMA carriers such as Verizon Wireless, Bell Mobility and Telus Mobility.

It is often marketed as the LG Shine or Shine Flip, being released around the same time GSM slider phone LG Shine (KE970). Despite the differences in the form factor, otherwise the features and shiny metal finish of the KE970 and VX8700 are similar. The VX8700 is considered a competitor to the Motorola RAZR V3.
