Kyzyl-Bayrak (Kyrgyz: Кызыл-Байрак, Qızıl-Bayraq, قىزىل-بايراق) is a village in the Chuy Region of Kyrgyzstan. Its population was 304 in 2009. Its name means "Red flag" in the Kyrgyz language.
