Kuwaiti tea

Kuwaiti tea, in Arabic called "Shay al Kuwaiti", is a sweet cinnamon tea. The tea is served with breakfasts or during the traditional tea ceremony. The tea is created by putting water in a boiler together with cinnamon sticks and sugar. When the water is cooked, the tea can be served with nuts, dried fruit, cookies or dates.
