The Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP; Kurdish: Hizba Dêmokrata Kurdistanê-Îran‎, abbreviated HDK; Persian: حزب دموکرات کردستان‎‎) is an ethnic party of Kurds in Iran, which split from Democratic Party of Iranian Kurdistan (KDPI) in 2006 after a dispute over choosing its next leader in the latter's 13th convention. The party "has no real influence on the masses in Iranian Kurdistan", according to Rodi Hevian.

Having criticized KDPI for "cooperating too closely" with the United States, they met the latter party's leaders in 2012 to discuss a possible reunification, however, they still function independently.

The party was accepted a full member of the Socialist International at its November 2015 Council meeting in Luanda, Angola.
