Kumki is a town in Arunachal Pradesh in the district of Changlang. It is one of the easternmost permanently populated towns of India.
[Comment: I am from the place where coordinates point. But there is no such town in that locality. Perhaps a mistake in coordinates -- 27.126°N 97.167°E].
