Kud puklo da puklo (Whichever Way the Ball Bounces) is a Croatian comedy telenovela produced by Nova TV. It is an original story, produced in 2014, and starring Mirna Medaković, Momčilo Otašević and Ivan Herceg. It is also broadcast in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Serbia and Slovenia. First season was aried from September 15, 2014. to June 7, 2015. Second season begun with airing on September 7, 2015 and ended on June 9, 2016.

Plot

The plot of series Kud puklo da puklo is situated in the picturesque Ostrovac, a village at the edge of the national park. The series tells how farmers can apply for European Union funds. The story as a national park ranger Damir (Momčilo Otašević) and doctor Katarina (Mirna Medaković) that due grandfather's will come to live in Ostrovac. Katarina's grandfather Đuro (Mate Gulin), who lived most of his life as a recluse, leaving testament million their grandchildren Katarina, Tomislav (Miran Kurspahić) and Kreso (Janko Popović Volarić), provided that a year spend in his dilapidated house in Oštrovac. In case you fail to do so, the money belongs to the village.

Since the village on the edge of collapse - leaving the young, there is no perspective - this money could mean his salvation. Therefore, the village will, at least initially, to do everything to Đura's grandchildren "drive" and got the million. At the head of the local committee is Damir's father Mile (Milan Štrljić), while his opponent angry Sveto (Žarko Radić) is doing everything to sat at his position. The committee are also conservative teacher Barbara (Ecija Ojdanić), a priest Mirko (Ivan Herceg), Milin best friend Stipe (Miodrag Krivokapic) and Ane (Barbara Vicković), owner of a local tavern. Each of them, except the priests, seeing their interest in some kind of "forcing" Đura's grandchilds of the village, but it does not work too obvious and publicly.

Đura's grandchildren so i have to contend with the village and the everyday existential adversities - the Đura's house has no electricity or running water, so they stay in the village, in a way, the battle for survival in conditions which, as city kids are not used to. To make matters even worse, in the struggle for Đura's million, are not unique Tomislav care, heavily influenced by his mother Milica (Sanja Vejnović), doing everything to Kreso and Katarina be eliminated as potential successors and all the money for himself.

How Damir very quickly starts to develop feelings for Katarina, to be together with your friends: Sveta's son, local master Josip (Asim Ugljen) and Stipe's son Ljubo (Stjepan Perić), the local police officer, assisted by Katarina and grandchildren that their lives in is as easy as possible and thus come into conflict with his father and with other locals, especially with Ane's daughter Snježana (Jagoda Kumrić) that is in love with him and wants to go Katarina. Katarina will soon start to feel something for Damir, but will hinder because of the bridegroom who has in Zagreb and will conduct its Damir quite confusing. In addition to these external obstacles between it and Damir exist at first sight insurmountable obstacles in the characters. He's a bit conservative local seagull who thinks he knows "what a woman should be and where it belongs," while Katarina emancipated and strong personality, stubborn grandpa Đuro.

The first season ended happy ending. Grandchildren have won inheritance which saved the village from foreclosure, while the rest have decided to invest in the construction of the hotel "Đura's dream" on rural land. The duration of the opening ceremony of the hotel, the village comes unidentified man - mobster Stanislav Tokić (Ranko Zidarić) in search of diamonds, but a series of unfortunate circumstances on comic dies at the hotel.

Dario (Vladimir Posavec Tušek), his accountant, comes looking for him and diamonds and has no choice but to settle with his family at this Oštrovac try to get to the treasure. When foolish of failed attempts to search for diamonds in order to conceal their identity, Dario decides to engage in agriculture. Over time, it is found that the consumed and that is in fact quite successful. Through the work of the country, he brings with his daughters Tina (Monika Mihajlović) and Sara (Katja Rožmarić) and fewer thoughts of diamonds. Unsatisfied with the fact that her husband had given up the search for the treasure, Miranda (Jelena Perčin) leaves Dario. While Dario brings with Ane (Barbara Vicković) and enjoy life away from the city, in Ostrovac is in a dangerous society, Miranda returned, determined to find diamonds. Later in season in the search for diamond joined Dario's ex-wife Suzana (Sandra Lončarić). When Sveta's house burned in fire inspector Rakić got new policeman for Oštrovac, Mate Božić (Petar Burić). Mate stayed at Stipe's house. Later on season he and Tina start romantic relationship and in Oštrovac comes new priest, don Franjo Olić (Tomislav Krstanović).

Katarina (Mirna Medaković) and Damir (Momčilo Otašević) live in Đura's house, not far from Mile (Milan Štrljić) and Zdenka (Suzana Nikolić) that they are constantly on their back. Two families would soon begin to freak each other, appears in a series of generational comedy and character of family disagreements.

At the beginning of season one we are introduced to the main characters of series. Main characters are Katarina Došen, doctor from Zagreb; Damir Gavran, a ranger from Oštrovac; Mile Gavran, Damir's father; Stipe Žulj, retired cop; Ljubo Žulj, a cop and Stipe's son; Josip Tepavac, a local repairman; Barbara Murgić, a local teacher; Sveto Tepavac, Josip's father; Krešimir Kolarić and Tomislav Mamić; Katarina's cousins; Ane Jelaska, women who has a pub; Zdenka Gavran, Mile's wife and Damir's mother; Snježana Jelaska, Ane's daughter and later Tomislav's wife; Diana Murgić, Barbara's daughter and Josip's girlfriend and later wife; Milica Mamić, Tomislav's mother and Katarina's and Kreša's aunt; Marko Došen, Katarina's father and Milica's brother; Don Mirko Komadina, a local priest and Višnja Došen, Katarina's mother, Marko's wife, Milica's sister-in-law and Tomislav's and Kreša's aunt. At the end of the season Ljubo got a job in Zagreb and left a village and don Mirko is promoted in vicar and sent to Vatican.

Season 2 (2015./16.)

In season two is introduced new five characters. Dario Žeravica, an accountant; Miranda Žeravica, his wife; Sara Žeravica, Dario's younger daughter; Tina Žeravica, Dario's older daughter and Mate Božić, new cop in Oštrovac who replaced Ljubo. At the end of episode 107 Jelena Perčin, Vladimir Posavec Tušek, Jagoda Kumrić and Katja Rožmarić departed the cast. At the beginning of episode 108 Tomislav Krstanović joined the cast as don Franjo Olić, new priest and replacement for don Mirko.

The Cancellation

The Series was cancelled after two seasons and last episode was aired on June 9, 2016.
