Kuala Nerus is a federal constituency in Terengganu, Malaysia, that has been represented in the Dewan Rakyat since 1974.

The federal constituency was created in the 1974 redistribution and is mandated to return a single member to the Dewan Rakyat under the first past the post voting system.

2004–2016: The constituency contains the polling districts of LKTP Belara, Gemuruh, Bukit Guntung, Tepuh, Padang Air, Tok Jering, Wakaf Tengah, Mengabang Teliput, Padang Nanas, Taman Perumahan Gong Badak, Mengabang Telong, Bukit Petiti, Banggul Peradung, Kebur Besar, Kebur Air, Jeram, Petai Bubus, Kampung Teluk Pasu, Tanjung Bunut, Kesum, Tok Jembal, Bukit Tok Bing, Kampung Batin, Kampung Baharu Seberang Takir, Seberang Takir Pantai, Teluk Ketapang, Batu Enam, Pengkalan Arang, Bukit Tumbuh, Bukit Tunggal, Duyung, Pulau Ketam.

2016–present: The constituency contains the polling districts of Felda Belara, Gemuruh, Bukit Guntung, Tepuh, Padang Air, Tok Jiring, Wakaf Tengah, Mengabang Teliput, Padang Nanas, Taman Perumahan Gong Badak, Mengabang Telung, Lerek, Gong Datuk, Wakaf Tembesu, Bukit Petiti, Banggul Peradung, Kebur Besar, Kebur Air, Jeram, Petai Bubus, Teluk Pasu, Tanjung Bunut, Kesum, Buluh Gading, Tok Jembal, Bukit Tok Beng, Kampung Batin, Kampung Baru Seberang Takir, Seberang Takir Pantai, Teluk Ketapang, Telaga Daing, Telaga Batin, Kubang Badak, Batu Enam, Pak Katak, Bukit Tumbuh, Bukit Tunggal, Duyung, Pulau Ketam, Gong Kijang.
