Career
Kristine Riis’s first appearance on television screen was in 2011 as Benedicte in the ‘Nissene over skog og hei’ a Norwegian mock-reality-TV-game-show where 24 participants, all dressed as Santa Clauses, are competing for the price of one million kroner. The show was broadcasted in TVNorge and imitated by various reality TV shows later. She was also seen in ‘Nytt pa nytt’. It is a Norwegian version of the British comedy television show ‘Have I Got News For You’.
In the 2017 norwegian game show ‘Historisk’ she played some roles as well. she also appeared in a guest role in the Norwegian comedy show named ‘Side by side’ on NRK1. She is well known for her role as Liv in ‘Vikingane’ in a Norwegian comedy show. It is an English version of the show Norseman on Netflix.
She has hosted many radio programs also such as Drillpikene on NRK P3 with Live Nelvik and Siri Kristiansen. From the year 2015-2016, she got national recognition as one of the performers of the comedy TV series Underholdningsavdelingen.

In 2017 Kristine Riis was dating comedian Jon Niklas Ronning. In 2019, she gave birth to a boy named Charlie Riis Ronning. She ended her relationship with Jon Niklas Ronning in autumn of 2019.
