Konstantin Ivanovich Rakutin (Russian: Константин Иванович Ракутин, 1901–1941) was a Major-General of the NKVD. He served in World War II. Rakutin was killed during the Yelnya Offensive during Operation Barbarossa, shortly before the Battle of Moscow. Rakutin was awarded the title Hero of the Soviet Union posthumously for his leadership during the offensive.
