Manufacturing

Manufacturing and packaging is done at Tat Hui's factory in Jurong, Singapore. The noodles are air-dried rather than deep-fried in the usual Asian manner.

Products

Koka products include instant noodles available in packets, cups and bowls. In 2015, they introduced Koka Creamy Soup, the first of its kind with an East-West fusion of creamy soup with a surprise chunk of crushed, springy noodles. With authentic Asian flavours ranging from Laksa Singapura, Black Pepper fried noodles, Tom Yam noodles and they even have a Koka Silk range for noodle-lovers with gluten-sensitivities. Koka has also created their own Purple Wheat Noodles that are made with whole purple grains and 100% steam-baked; the noodles are naturally rich in anthocyanins and lower in fat.
