Knabstrup is a small railway town, with a population of 1,074 (as of January 1, 2015), at the railroad between Kalundborg and Holbæk in Holbæk Municipality, Region Zealand in Denmark.

Knabstrup Teglværk, which is located south of the town, was a former brick and ceramic factory that was closed in 1988. It is currently being renovated into a center for ecological awareness by the local environmental collective Makvärket.

Knabstrup Manor, where the horse breed Knabstrupper was bred, is located 2 kilometres southeast of the town.
