Kisbey is a village in southern Saskatchewan, Canada. The village took its name from Richard Claude Kisbey (d. 1941), an Irish immigrant who settled in Estevan. It is the administrative headquarters of the Pheasant Rump First Nation. This band government contains three nations which are Assiniboine, Saulteaux and Cree.
