Kingsway Village is located three miles south of the City of Gloucester, England, next to the suburb of Quedgeley. Kingsway Village lies on the edge of the River Severn. The site was started in 2006 and amongst the developers building there are Barratt Homes, Bryant Homes, David Wilson Homes and George Wimpey.

A Tesco Express, Coffee shop, Estate Agent, Chemist, Vets, Pizza Hut and Sue Ryder shop and the Barn Owl pub' currently occupy the local centre as off 3 March 2015. The Community Centre opened on the 23 August 2014 and a sports pavilion is currently being built, and the village has 2 primary schools: Kingsway Primary School and Waterwells Primary Academy.

On 14 October 2013, an Asda store has been built and is now open at the entrance to the village.

On 18 January 2015, It was announced that Kingsway would be getting a Chinese restaurant and three new takeaways as part of a big investment into facilities in the growing estate which opened in March 2015.

It has a very active Residents Association, started by Barry Kirby and Clive Barton in June 2008, that holds public meetings, community fun days and other local events, and lobbies local agencies and organisations involved in the development, on behalf of residents.

Kingsway comes under the Parish of Quedgeley, and is in the City Council Ward of Quedgeley Fieldcourt. For the County Council purposes it is part of the new ward of Grange and Kingsway.

Many NATO military families who are now based at HQ Allied Rapid Reaction Corps in Innsworth have moved to the area.
