Kinga Czigány (born February 17, 1972) is a Hungarian sprint canoer who competed in the 1990s. Competing in two Summer Olympics, she won a gold medal in the K-4 500 m event at Barcelona in 1992.

Czigány also won five medals at the ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships with three silvers (K-2 500 m: 1993, 1994; K-4 500 m: 1994) and two bronzes (K-4 500 m: 1993, 1995).
