King Zhending of Zhou (Chinese: 周貞定王; pinyin: Zhōu Zhēndìng Wáng), or King Chenting of Chou, was the twenty-eighth king of the Chinese Zhou Dynasty and the sixteenth of Eastern Zhou.

Famous philosopher Mozi was born between the reigns of King Jing and King Zhending of the Zhou Dynasty.

Zhending had four sons.
