Kielcza [ˈkʲɛlt͡ʂa] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Zawadzkie, within Strzelce County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) south-east of Zawadzkie, 20 km (12 mi) north-east of Strzelce Opolskie, and 44 km (27 mi) east of the regional capital Opole.
