Kiełpin [ˈkʲɛu̯pin] (German: Reitzenstein) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Deszczno, within Gorzów County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland. It lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) south-west of Deszczno and 14 km (9 mi) south of Gorzów Wielkopolski.
