Kicina [kʲiˈt͡ɕina] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Bartoszyce, within Bartoszyce County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland, close to the border with the Kaliningrad Oblast of Russia. It lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) west of Bartoszyce and 50 km (31 mi) north of the regional capital Olsztyn.
