Khopasi (Panauti) Hydropower Station is the third hydropower station which was constructed in Nepal. It is a run-of-the-river hydroelectric plant on the Roshi Khola river. It has a capacity of 2.4 MW, from 3 units of 0.8 MW each. This power station is located at Khopasi, Kavre district, 35 km east of Kathmandu.

Latitude: 27°33'41.16" N Longitude: 85°31'58.68" E

The water reservoir of Khopasi Hydropower is next to Satyalgaun, and is located in Bāgmatī Zone, Central Region, Nepal. The power station was commissioned in 1965, with an annual generation capacity of 6.97 GWh. The plant was completed with assistance from the Soviet Union.
