Kharal Abbasian or Gayallan is a village north-east of Bagh District Headquarters. Population of this village is approximately 9500.

During 17th century, a family from Kahuta District of Rawalpindi migrated to this village. Migrants were great Grand Sons of Akbar Gaye Khan of Kahuta a Abbasi originally from Khurasan state. Names of those two cousins migrated to Kharal from Kahuta were Singri Khan and Samhan Khan. They are not from the lineage of Tohondh Khan. They are from Jaskum Khan which was brother of Tohondh Khan.
